The 24×36 is a very popular size building. This owner needed enough space for 2 full size trucks and a workshop as well. We took the 24×36 and utilized the 36′ side as the entry side. This works great to have enough room for two 10′ wide garage doors, a walk door, and windows all on the same side.

Once the design was complete the customer chose sandstone w/ clay trim as the colors. We (LD Buildings) then pulled all necessary building permits and started the foundation. We began by leveling the ground to form the slab, dug footers and put in the re-bar, and covered with a plastic vapor barrier. We then scheduled the slab inspection with the building department, scheduled concrete trucks, and poured the slab with a professional finish.

Once the concrete had cured, we scheduled the delivery of the building and proceeded with installation. Professional installers erected the building and installed all doors, windows and hardware. At completion we scheduled the final inspection with the county building department and did a final walk through to ensure satisfaction to all that were involved.

Mrs.Watson came to us and expressed her need for a large storage building with enough room to store several pieces of tall exercise equipment along with plenty of headroom and enough room to move around.

The solution was a Lark 12×30 “Lumberjack” with a full 8ft. tall sidewall, 8ft. wide garage door, a 46” wide walk door, 4 windows, and fully wired for lights and receptacles.

After a delivery was scheduled, as usual we personally deliver the building (NO outside contractors) to ensure a professional job. Our transport trailer is custom built for moving portable buildings.

Along with all deliveries we level the building, use solid concrete blocks as the foundation, and use mobile home style hurricane anchors.
