Choose a Level Area.
Pick a flat, well-drained area, free of low spots or pooling water.
A clear path and space for the truck and trailer is important to ensure proper placement.

Delivery

FREE Delivery and Standard Installation
When entering fencing/gates, 2’ more than the width of the building is required.
Your salesman will keep clear communication about delivery, including additional instructions and delivery timelines.
Our professional delivery/installation crew is respectful of your property.

Blocking & Anchoring

Our portable buildings come with standard installation/set-up with 4” concrete blocks to level the building.
Even portable buildings benefit from anchoring – especially in windy areas. Our professional delivery/installation crew will use ground anchors.
